    Nansen and Lossan Pacific Surfliner have created a beautiful website that is well deserving of the Most Innovative Digital Solution. It's hard to meet different customer expectations in one site, by Lossan's site succeeds.

  • Best Lead Generation and Nurturing

    Shoup Manufacturing and Diagram have created a site that solves for a tough problem in an elegant way. Both teams made a combined effort to truly understand their customer base and answer their challenges.

  • The People's Vote

    Dolby Labs and Valtech came through as the People's favourite this year! Valtech implemented complex developments that are entirely configurable by the editor, making sure Dolby's site delivers the wow factor on every page.

    Netcel and English Heritage made excellent use of multiple technologies combined with genuine thoughtfulness about the customer journey for its 1.3 million members.

  • Most Innovative Digital Solution

    LNER and AmazeRealise effectively simplified the ticket booking tool. No details went unnoticed and the process of requesting refunds is as simple as ordering a tuna sandwich before the journey!

  • Best User Interface and Navigation

    The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime and CDS set the standard for user experiences in the public sector. The site accommodates a vast range of requirements from police forces across the UK, while remaining inclusive and user-friendly for the public.

  • Best Lead Generation and Nurturing

    PA consulting and Netcel have successfully created a digital strategy that deepens engagement with their audience to create a perpetual process that generates repeat visitors, increases traffic to their website and aids with the conversion of quality, warm contacts.

  • Best buying experience

    Polarn O. Pyret optimized the buying experience by focusing on simplicity for their primary target group – parents with small children, who typically often lack both time and patience. Since most of them rarely have two hands free, the mobile site is designed for smooth one-hand navigation. Partner: Avensia.

  • Best user interface and navigation

    With easy navigation and a solid search solution, Electrolux’s site enables visitors to easily find what they are looking for. Content such as product guides and manuals are mixed with helpful reviews that are presented in a clear and stylish way. Partner: Bombayworks.

  • Most innovative digital solution

    Rapunzel of Sweden focuses on the customer experience, where content, product information and clear calls-to-action are the most important components supporting their omnichannel strategy. With a technically strong foundation built on Episerver’s cloud service and headless API, this solution has the highest quality of code, which will enable the company to meet the challenges of the future.     From the moment you land on Rädda Barnen’s (Save the Children’s) website, the user experience is friction free, with clear and informative calls-to-action throughout the site. Serving a vital purpose, this organization uses its website to make a difference every single day. Partner: Valtech.

  • Most helpful and engaging intranet

    SOS Alarm successfully launched a stable and appreciated intranet, which will be easy to develop further. Focusing on clearly organized content, this intranet makes it easy for users to find the right information at the right time. By using social elements that enable active dialogues between users, the intranet has rapidly increased engagement internally. Partner: Sublime.

  • People’s vote

    Ericsson’s site was voted the people’s favorite for best reflecting “a truly unique digital experience.” Partner: Comprend.

Många B2B sajter skulle passa in i denna kategori.

    Detta pris ges till det intranät som bäst supporterar anställda eller interna organsationer i deras dagliga arbete. Intranätet ska göra det enkelt för användare att hitta information och kunna slutgöra uppgifter på deras mobil, platta eller laptop. Sociala element är också viktigt såsom kommentarsfunktionalitet, direktmeddelanden, wikis samt grupper.

  • Mest innovativa digitala lösning

    Detta pris ges till den mest innovativa digitala lösningen som antingen löser ett problem eller möter marknadens efterfrågan på ett nytt och spänannde sätt. Lösningen sätter en ny standard för innehåll, e-handel eller marknadsföring. Den förbättrar kund-eller användarresan samtidigt som den supporterar organisationens strategier och mål.

  • Bästa köpupplevelse

    Detta pris ges till den e-handelssajt som bäst kombinerar en enkel köpprocess med relevant och engagerande innehåll. Detta kan inkludera en smidig checkout-process, smart sök, sociala funktioner såsom betyg och recensioner, personaliserat innehåll eller en chatfunktion för snabb service. Detta pris kan ges till B2C eller B2B sajter.

  • Bästa användargränssnitt och navigering

    Detta pris ges till den sajt som bäst hjälper besökare att slutföra sina uppgifter på ett snabbt och effektivt sätt. Sajten ska vara enkel att navigera så att besökare kan hitta den informationen de letar efter. En hög nivå på kundservice är viktigt såsom chatfunktionalitet eller självbetjäningsfunktioner.

  • Publikens pris - Kommer inom kort!

    När vi har korat våra finalister har du möjlighet att lägga din röst på den sajt som du tycker omfattar alla aspekter av våra olika nomineringskategorier. Detta är den sajt som du tycker bäst reflekterar "en verkligt enastående digital upplevelse".

Hur funkar det?

Både partners och kunder kan nominera en sajt som är byggd på Episerver's plattform och som har lanserats under de senaste 18 månaderna. Du som partner behöver tillstånd från slutkund att skicka in deras sajt som bidrag i tävlingen. 

Du nominerar ett bidrag genom att välja den kategori som passar din sajt bäst och fyller i formuläret på kategorisidan.  Försök att beskriva ditt bidrag så noga som möjligt.
